In 2005 alone, BRE attorneys, led by Attorneys Jon Robinson and Chris Ellis, secured major victories for its clients in both the Illinois Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In the Illinois Supreme Court case, Andrews, et al. v. Kowa Printing Corp., et al., 217 Ill.2d 101, 838 N.E.2d 894, 298 Ill.Dec. 1 (2005), BRE was retained after the case had been tried and heard by the Appellate Court.
