Shane M. Mendenhall is an associate with the law firm of Bolen, Robinson & Ellis, LLP. Mr. Mendenhall received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Millikin University in 2002. He graduated cum laude and earned his Juris Doctorate from The Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008. While attending The Oklahoma City University School of Law, Mr. Mendenhall also earned a certificate in Business Law with a concentration in Financial Services and Commercial Law.
During law school, Mr. Mendenhall was a merit scholar and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. He also served as the Articles Editor for the Law Review and obtained the Outstanding Note Award. His law review article, Payday Loans: The Effects of Predatory Lending on Society and the Need for More State and Federal Regulations, 32 Okla. City U. L. Rev. 299 (2007), was selected to be published in the university’s law journal.
Mr. Mendenhall joined the law firm of Bolen, Robinson & Ellis, LLP upon graduating from law school. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Macon County Animal Shelter and is a Cabinet Member on the United Way Campaign. Mr. Mendenhall also currently serves on the Millikin University Alumni Board of Directors.
Mr. Mendenhall is admitted to practice law in Illinois State Courts and before the Federal District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
